Welcome to Green Repairs. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Repairs and Diagnostics

  • Diagnostics help identify faults. A diagnostic fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with a repair.
  • We will obtain your approval before undertaking any work and provide an estimate when possible.

Warranty

All repairs include a 60‑day warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship related to the original repair. The warranty does not cover new or accidental damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original fault.

Data and Liability

  • Please back up your data prior to service. We are not responsible for data loss.
  • While we take great care, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Post‑in Repairs

We accept post‑in repairs. Email coen@green-repairs.com before posting your device. You are responsible for postage to us; we can arrange tracked return shipping.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
